All members of our professional staff are Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) or are actively working towards earning their certification. The paraprofessionals on our support staff are generally assigned to work with specific professionals on selected engagements. This close working relationship throughout the engagement team and with our clients, coupled with low turnover among the professional and paraprofessional staff, provides clients with a continuity of service providers.

Norman, Bass & Parnell, CPAs, PLLC maintains membership for all certified professionals in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA). We practice under an AICPA-recognized quality control program.

To support and enhance our ability to serve our clients’ needs, company personnel participate in various conferences and seminars on such varied topics as accounting, auditing, ethics, taxation, technology, and management services. These courses are designed to update personnel in all services offered by the firm.
